I received a wonderful email in response to an update I sent out, and I would like to share a bit of it here. It encouraged me, and I pray it encourages the rest of the team.

more impressed with the way that your team has made that happen -
through prayer, sharing of personal testimony, learning each other's
strengths, communicating, and, obviously, trusting God. I have no doubt
that you and your team are going to be serving God in a huge way on your
